Phil 4:13 " I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
A child that is truly blessed by God!
Isaiah Ulysses Fogle, at the age of 10 months old, began to beat and tap on everything that would make sound. He received his first drum kit at the age of 14 months old. After his parents watched him play, his gifted was immediately revealed to them.
As Isaiah became a toddler, he would sit in church and watch the drummers and try to imitate them. Isaiah was given the opportunity to use his gift in church, with the blessings of the pastors of Bethel COGIC (Eld. H.E. Edison), Genesis COGIC, (Dr. K. A. Kershaw), and his current church, Guiding Light Church (Bishop Jim Lowe), where he is an active member of the youth band.
Isaiah was blessed to have met other musicians who were willing to share their gift with him and encourage him in his musical growth. Musicians such as Jason Dozier, Jeremy Roberson, Dante' Parker, Sly King, Curtis Jackson, Cameron James, Justin Davis, and DeLon Charley, have blessed Isaiah tremendously. A special thanks to Sean Michael Ray, Kelvin Wooten, Cliff Payne, Sonny Emory, Dr. Lud Yisreal, Valerie Harris, Ray Reach, Ray Robinson, and Isaac "BAM" Richardson, for their mentorship and time.
Isaiah was so excited and honored to share the stage with such artist as, Judy Jacobs, Chris Allen, Mike Phillips, Eric Essix, and Eric Marienthal.
Isaiah is currently a member of a youth band, Neo-Jazz Collective, under the direction of Dr. Lud Yisreal. He also attends numerous drum clinics and sheds to observe the gift of other drummers and learn from them.
The 2008 Sonny Emory Drumset Camp in Atlanta, GA was incredible! Drummers from all over America came together to learn from some of the greatest drummers in the industry.
